Current Weight Loss Plan - I eat everyday so I do cardio everyday.  On Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday I do cardio for an hour.  On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength training.  I rarely watch tv and I no longer drink sodas.  I still eat what I want but I do count calories.  Typically, I eat 1200-1600 calories daily.

Small Achievable Weight Loss Goals -

285- This is the weight I was when I was a freshman in college(2005).
275- 75 LBS lost
255- 75 LBS left to lose
230- 50 LBS left to lose/ 9th Grade Weight(2001)
200- 150 LBS lost
190- LAST 10 LBS TO LOSE!!!!
